VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE ON CONECTIVITY

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE: After performing the first operative of the VIRTUAL TOUR of the "JLF Virtualis Aula" involving five Latin American countries, two of these had difficulty accessing the virtual classroom because their computers were connected to the Internet through the Local Network (LAN) of their company. The problem is that the LAN (Local Area Network) has a Firewall and a Proxy to protect the company’s information to be accessed by hackers and malicious programs. Due to this, it is necessary to ask the informatics (Technical computer experts) of the company that you have to use the domain adobeconnect.com which runs on Flash® and want to know the access to the virtual classroom could be blocked in the LAN. They have the ability to add the domain as authorized or give a key (Token) to users to access the classroom from the LAN.
If this possibility exists in your company, the informatics should contact Professor Jose Linares Fontela before the VIRTUAL TOUR presentation is to be done, sending an email to jlinaresf@gmail.com to coordinate the day and time, that they can perform the test, in order for him to enable the platform and send them the link (URL) so they can enter to verify that all this correct. You know when you are unable to connect to the classroom if there is a screen like this:
As it is expected neither the participant nor the professor know that the connectivity blockage is happening, even when the platform has been active an hour before the agreed meeting time. If this screen appears, cancel it and inform your informatics of the situation.

If you are connected to "JLF Virtualis Aula" with a direct access to the router from ISP (Which is the device attached directly to the telephone line or a fiber optic), whether your computer is connected to it via WIFI or cable, you will have no problem to enter, as this only occurs when the LAN is connected to the router through a Firewall or a Proxi.

Please take into account this recommendation in order not to waste your time waiting or being unable to watch the VIRTUAL TOUR at that planned moment. This problem is easily solved and you will only have to reschedule with Professor the assistance to the VIRTUAL TOUR in another date and time, after the informatics makes the adjustments to the LAN.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Using Adobe® Flash® (Before from Macromedia 1992-2005) allows you to use only an Internet Explorer when you enter the "JLF Virtualis Classroom", without installing any software on your computer. Once the Internet Explorer is closed, when you leave the classroom, there is nothing left on the participant’s computers (The only exception is when you use Tablets and Smart Phones that you have to download the free APP Adobe Connect Mobile® from the Apple Store ® or Google Store®, as appropriate). Due to the use of Flash® you may be asked to install updates and also in Air Flash® and a complement (Plugging) of Adobe Connect®, before entering the classroom, this will be done automatically. But this all it does to your computer is to improve the performance, for example when watching videos or movies on the Internet (YouTube®, etc.).

DESCRIPTION OF THE VIRTUAL TOUR

  VIRTUAL TOUR
"JLF Virtualis Aula" classroom

For many senior management and executive positions, for whom time is very limited due to their engagements, attending a free DEMO of 3 and a half hours is complicated, for this reason and because these levels need only to have a general idea of both the training system and its marketing contains, this "Virtual Tour" was created to show the model in 25 minutes and to learn the mechanics and operation of what it has been called the "JLF Virtualis Classroom", using the very interesting topic of advertising evaluation.

As the theme of the "Virtual Tour" it was selected a very important aspect of the evaluation of advertising messages, describing the launching of a Debit Card: VICARD-VISA who took “La Vivienda” S.A. to a higher level in the year 2000.

“La Vivienda” S.A. was founded in 1970 with the name First Savings and Loan Association in Honduras and branded as: "La Vivienda, Savings and Loan Association" this very successful institution specializing in home financing in Honduras was subsequently merged with other companies, disappearing from the financial map of Honduras.

This institution was part of the group "El Ahorro Hondureño (The Honduran Savings) Group" with an insurance company “Seguros El Ahorro Hondureño”, and the BGA Bank (Product of the prior merger of the BANCAHSA And BANCAHORRO banks).

In turn the group was acquired in 2002 by the Panama's “Banistmo Group” and in 2003 all the companies were integrated in one, the BGA Bank; becoming “La Vivienda” SA” the mortgage area of that bank. Since 2012, the BGA Bank is part of Davivienda with presence in Colombia, in Honduras and Central America. Due to this fact, the results of the technical assistance in marketing conducted by the international Consultant Jose Linares Fontela can only be assed with data until 2002.

Still and using historical figures from the National Banking and Insurance Commission (CNBS) of Honduras, it was possible to reconstruct the number of savings accounts, savings portfolios and deposits of “La Vivienda” S.A. which served as quantitative evidence of the impact that three advertising campaigns made for that institution in Honduras (Campaigns: "The challenge - 5 minutes", "The Challenge - Services" and the campaign Debit Card VICARD-VISA, all made with the support of this technical assistance), in this Tour the VICARD-VISA campaign’s evaluation will be presented .

The "Virtual tour" presents the methodology and materials developed at that time as well as the final commercial and graphic materials, promoting the Debit Card VICARD-VISA in 2000, which led to its massive placement, increased savers and savings and generated more revenue to the institution. The three campaigns mentioned above, led to “La Vivienda” S.A. to jump to the 5th position in number of savings accounts and the savings portfolio in local currency from a total of 20 financial institutions in the country. It therefore seemed the most logical issue to present as the case history the "Campaign Debit Card VICARD-VISA of “La Vivienda” SA in Honduras," as an evidence of how a successful way to do the market research was used to develop campaigns with effective messages motivators that drove the institution to that point.

If you want to assist to the "Virtual Tour Virtual of “JLF Aula Virtualis" lasting 25 minutes, it will be necessary to coordinate date and time, in order for you assure a place and to receive instructions for entering the Virtual Classroom. The "Virtual Tour" will surely be very interesting for you because it will help to assess both the training model and the need to make a technical marketing effort to ensure the success of your institution with its advertising campaigns.

For any additional information or to assist the "Virtual Tour", please send an email to jlinaresf@gmail.com to contact you. Thanking you in advance for your interest in this experience.

7. Observations, critics and suggestions
MY CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE COORDINATION AND WE EXPECT TO CONTINUE RECEIVING COURSES IN THIS WAY

Excellent experience.

Do not limit so much the number of participants per Credit Union, in the possible try to respect the timings.

To be the first time that we do this type of virtual training, the expectations were very well fulfilled, let us go ahead with these trainings.

Excellent training, success.

Thank you for the invitations, it was a different experience and and I believe that we can have access to highly experience professionals and the distance will not be a limitation.

No comment, everything was well.

An excellent method for teaching.

Is convenient to mention that the course was very interesting and highly productive. But next time the Internet access should be better (It should be perfected). also we demand that this type of culture be promoted in the personnel training with highly relevant issues and of interest to the requirements of our Credit Unions. Thanks for being invited.

CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE CONTAINS, WE WILL ALSO LIKE TO BE SUPPORTED WITH LENDING ISSUES.

It was a very productive course...

That the support materials of each day be made available the same day at the end of the course, to reinforce the newly acquired knowledge of the imparted issues (This has been changed in all the courses and not at the end as this was the case)

EXCELENT FORMATION. I LIKED THE NEW WAY IN WHICH IT WAS PRESENTED; THE EVALUATIONS WERE OF CRITERIA; SO THAT THERE WAS THE OPORTUNITY FOR INTERPRETATION.

Before starting a new course the IT people in the Credit Unions should do testing with Internet access, in order not to have to do it during the course.

This methodology was on target, 100 points.

Verify previously the accesses to Internet through the network to achieve a better communication.

8. Course description and results
The course was given during 5 working days, with 2 teaching sessions of 90 minutes each and 10 minutes after each session for questions and a 10 minutes recess between each lesson each day each day. For a total of 2 an a half hours each day (A total of 17,5 hours), After each teaching day, a 20 multiple choice questions to choose one evaluation was filled and rendered by the assistants (It added a total of 100 evaluative questions.(5 days x 20 questions each day) and at the end of the course two options   of Workshops were offered for the assistants to choose one from the two. A week was given to dend the workshop solve. Both    the evaluations and the workshops punctuations had to be high enough in order to receive the diploma. The knowledge gained   was started to be applied in the institutions practically from the nex week after finishing the workshops. The average note of in the daily evaluations was 90 over 100 of correct for the 52 participants and in the workshops the group averages a note of 93 points over 100.

OBSERVATION: The evaluations were done by the Institution who contracted the courses and were controlled directly by them and in this process the professor had no participation, he only received these results.
